This is great, I learned a few things. I guess the problem is that it seems to me is that in my experience it seems more people are using the leaderboards in a bad way, not a good way although my perception may be wrong. There's certainly positives and negatives. As it advances it will definitely help make the community advance more. Good discussion to have on the open record. Thanks for this.

Yeah I would say there are huge positives and huge negatives with the leaderboard.
The negatives are well known and covered, and something we've all gotta work on.
The positives are slower and less flashy.
